Introduction
Service tiers dictate the level of access a guest can have when logging into the WiFi. Different authentication methods can have different service tiers applied to them allowing you to enhance a guests experience depending on the authentication method they choose. Service tiers are required and guest access will be prohibited if a service tier is not assigned to an authentication method.
