Introduction

The Estate Overview Dashboard is made up of numerous widgets allowing you to see a live, up-to-date view of your entire estate. Using the filters provided, and the widget view customisation, you can customise your dashboard as you see fit.

2	Ensure the site selector drop down is set to All Sites.
3	Your dashboard will appear.

Domain & Site Attribute Configuration

For most customers the estate overview dashboard and their filters will be not populated by default. This is because most customers will have their own requirements, different ways to segment their estates and may have unique brands. The following steps will take you through uploading your unique site attributes.

Site level attribute configuration will be implemented shortly. For now, use the domain configuration steps below in order to make changes at a site level.

Domain Attributes Configuration

To be configured by Domain Administrators (those with the highest level of access).

Steps

Description

Log into the platform.

Ensure All Sites are selected using the dropdown located at the top right of the screen.

Navigate to the settings menu by clicking the Account Menu located above the Site Selector at the top of the screen and select Settings.

Once within the settings screen, locate and select Domain Settings.

Once within the domain settings screen, navigate to the Location Attributes tab.

With the Location Attributes tab open, click to the Download Template button. A .CSV file will be downloaded to your desktop. This is the file that will be populated with your Estate Specific attributes

Open the Location Attributes template that you previously downloaded. It will feature several columns that will need to be populated and then reuploaded in order for your Location Attributes to appear within the platform. These columns are:

Site ID	N/a	Not changeable, used for identification purposes.
Site Name	Yes	Automatically populated.
Brand	Yes	The brand your property belong to.
Region	Yes	The geographical region your property inhabits.
Continent	No	The geographical continent your property inhabits.
Sub-brand	No	The sub-brand your property belongs to.
Area	No	The geographical/logistical area your property belongs to.
HSIA Provider	No	Your property's HSIA provider. (Company name)
Internet Line	No	The internet line used by your property.
LAN Management	No	The LAN Management Provider associated with the property.
ISP	No	The ISP associated with the property. (Company Name)
Web Kiosk Provider	No	The webkiosk provider associated with the property. (Company Name)
Web Kiosk Number	No	The webkiosk number associated with the property. (Sequence of Numbers/letters)
Phone Number	No	The main contact number for the property. (Telephone Number)
General Manager	No	The property's General Manager. (Name)
Regional Primary	No	The property's Regional Primary contact. (Name)
Area VP	No	The Area Vice President. (Name)
Owner	No	The Property Owner. (Name)
Manager	No	The Property Manager. (Name)
Franchisee	No	The Property Franchisee. (Company name)

Please note: not all of these columns may be relevent to your sites or estate. There are no required fields so feel free to upload as much or as little as you wish. This may effect the level of filtering on the dashboard, however.

Once you have configured the fields needed, save the .CSV and click Upload Data within the location attributes tab. Select the file you wish to be uploaded from your file browser and click Open. Your data will be uploaded to the platform.

Available Estate Overview Widgets

Widget	Description
Map Widget	The map displays the location of all sites on the domain. Location can be set in Settings\Tags\Site Tag Geolocation Green = Both Gateways online (Assets with Type Gateway) Amber = One Gateway online Red = No Gateway online
Total Data Download	The Total Data Download across the domain.
Average Device Data Volume Per Venue	Top 10 sites by internet usage per number of devices.
Data Volume by Operating System	The percentage of total data downloaded by operating system within the timeframe selected.
Data Volume by Device	The percentage of total data downloaded by device type within the timeframe selected.
Total Unique Device Across the Domain	Total count of unique devices across the domain.
Revenue Generated	Where a domain has multiple sites with different service tiers and different currencies, this gives a view of the revenue generated for each currency used.
Average Connection Time	Guest average connection time within the timeframe selected.

Applying Filters

Steps	Description
1	With the Estate Overview Dashboard in view, select the Filter button located at the top right of the dashboard.
2	The filter panel will slide out from the right hand side of the screen. See filter options below.

Filter	Description
Preset Timeframe Filters	Simply click the button that correspondes to your chosen timeframe: 7 Days 30 Days 6 Months 12 Months
Manual Date Picker	Click within the text field to manually enter the 'From' and 'To' dates or click the calendar icon to select from a calendar view.
Apply	Click Apply to apply your chosen Filters.
Reset	Click Reset to reset all filters and return to the default view.
Region	Click the tab to open up the region view. Select the tickboxes that correspond to the region/regions you wish to view. By default, all regions are visible.
Brand	Click the tab to open up the brand view. Select the tickboxes that correspond to the brand/brands you wish to view. By default, all brands are visible.
Venue	Click the tab to open up the Venue view. Select the tickboxes that correspond to the venue/venues you wish to view. By default, all venues are visible.
