Introduction
The account menu, located at the top right of the platform interface, is the gateway to several functions, including Platform Settings, Account Settings, Billing, Platform Logging, Documentation, Help, The Changelog and Logging out.

Settings
The settings page is filled with various configuration settings for your site and domain functionality.
Settings content
Item | Description |
Tags | Add, delete, and edit your tags. Tags are integral to the platform as they are used to group sites, portals, and service tiers together. |
Access Control | Manage system accounts and specify access rights per module. |
Plugins | Integrate various plugins with the platform. Plugins can include integrations with Marketing CRM systems and Property Management systems via API. |
PRTG* | Add and configure PRTG plugins and PRTG server connections. |
Languages | Configure alternate languages. Languages are used in portal pages and allow you to manually translate portal content that will be shown to guests. |
Guest Data | Configure custom fields on your portal pages that can be used to gather and store additional guest data. |
Domain Settings* | Configure settings used by the whole application. Domain settings include RADIUS configuration, Domain security and SMTP configuration. |
Site Settings | Configure settings per site like VLANs and bandwidth limits. |
Device Rules | Create rules for devices and automatically apply useful identification labels upon authentication. |
802.1x | Configure a local RADIUS server to authenticate devices via 802.1x or by MAC address. |
Conference Settings* | Manage settings associated with the Conference Tool. |
Account Printers | Add and configure external account printers. |
Reports | This page is no longer in use. |
Notifications | Configure webhooks and email notifications. Can be used to send specific data to various sources including sending data to a CRM without the need for an API. |
Portal Templates | Create or edit the portal HTML, CSS and Javascript. |
Privacy Notice, Terms of Use & Retention | Create or edit terms and conditions that will be displayed to your guests prior to authentication. |
Media Browser | Manage domain media files. Media files usually include portal images and fonts. |
Network Authentication | Configure a local RADIUS authentication server to authenticate and log management access to the network assets. |
Bandwidth Areas & Circuits | Configure bandwidth and circuit areas. |
*Visibility depends on the level of permissions, access and modules given to the user.
My Account
My account allows you to configure personal settings such as:

Time zone | Your primary time zone. |
Locale | Your primary language. |
Billing
View statistics on the revenue generated by your various authentication methods such as PayPal, Credit Card payments, Room charges, Voucher Codes and SMS.
Logging
Logging gives you a log of activities that have been made in the platform. Logging is separated into two sections:
Portal and domain activity – This logs activities such as when users have logged onto the platform, when guests have logged into a portal, when an authentication has failed. It will also track when a user has modified settings within the platform. These areas are in creating users, tiers, residents (residential aspect of the platform), vouchers.
Guest network communication, also known as Lawful intercept. This view is under review and if any lawful intercepts are required, please contact support for assistance.
As-built Documents
As-built documents allows you to upload documentation and create external links, which can be viewed by fellow users.
Help
Includes integration manuals and documentation for various compatible hardware and platform configuration.
About
Contains a link to the platform changelog. The changelog contains release notes and the log of changes made to the platform in chronological order.
Logout
Logs you out of the platform.
