How do I create a voucher?
Step | Description |
1 | Navigate to the Guest tab in the left side menu and click Vouchers. |
2 | When in the vouchers page, click Add in the top left corner of the page. |
3 | A modal will be displayed. Input a username. The username will be access code the guest will have to enter to access the wireless network. If you require an extra layer of security, a password can also be configured. |
4 | Click Save to complete your voucher code. |
How do I upload a batch of vouchers?
Step | Description |
1 | Navigate to the Guest tab in the left side menu and click Vouchers. |
2 | When in the vouchers page, click Generate in the top left corner of the page. |
3 | A modal will be displayed. Specify the amount of voucher codes you'd like to generate. |
4 | Append the voucher codes to a service tier. |
5 | Specify the length (number of characters) that your codes will be. 6 characters is a good start. |
6 | Specify the type of characters that will be used in your codes. (Alphanumeric, Numeric, Alphabetic). |
7 | Specify whether your codes will be uppercase, lowercase or mixed. |
8 | Click Generate. |
How do I log out a guest, or remove a guest, from the system?
Step | Description |
1 | Navigate to the Guest tab in the left side menu and click Registered Guests. |
2 | Search for the guest using the filters provided. You can search by name, MAC address, Username, Service tier or Email Address. |
3 | When found, click on the relevant guest within the table. Clicking on the table item will open the guest configuration screen. |
4 | Click either Logout or Delete. |
How do I overwrite a service tier?
Step | Description |
1 | Navigate to the Guest tab in the left side menu and click Registered Guests. |
2 | Search for the guest using the filters provided. You can search by name, MAC address, Username, Service tier or Email Address. |
3 | When found, click on the relevant guest within the table. Clicking on the table item will open the guest configuration screen. |
4 | Within the guest configuration screen, click the General tab. |
5 | Find the service tier subheading and click upgrade tier and select the new service tier you'd like the guest to be assigned to. |
Optional | You can also navigate to the Tier overwrite tab where you get more options to configure the guests service tier. Please make sure the bandwidth up and down entered to be in line with overall bandwidth in your property which does not affect the rest of the authenticated guests. |
How do I see what version of Terms and Conditions a guest has accepted?
Step | Description |
1 | Navigate to the Guest tab in the left side menu and click Registered Guests. |
2 | Search for the guest using the filters provided. You can search by name, MAC address, Username, Service tier or Email Address. |
3 | When found, click on the relevant guest within the table. Clicking on the table item will open the guest configuration screen. |
4 | Navigate to the Usage section and click Terms of use. |
5 | Here there is a table with a record of all T&Cs and Privacy Policies accepted by the guest. |
How do I see what devices are associated with a guest?
Step | Description |
1 | Navigate to the Guest tab in the left side menu and click Registered Guests. |
2 | Search for the guest using the filters provided. You can search by name, MAC address, Username, Service tier or Email Address. |
3 | When found, click on the relevant guest within the table. Clicking on the table item will open the guest configuration screen. |
4 | Navigate to the Devices section. You'll see a list of devices associated to the user/account. |
